For anyone who has abandoned planners that asked too much of them. It is built around smaller starts, one visible next action and an easy way back in after a gap. Print only the pages you use; completing every page is not the point.
What is in it
Low-friction planning; Today in three, twenty-four pages; Brain dump and sorting, with a parking lot; Time and transitions; Focus sprints and a body-double plan; Projects without overwhelm, with a waiting-for list; Home resets; Money and admin, with a bills landing pad; Weekly reset; Recovery and boundaries; Notes.
Why this rather than a free printable
Free brain dump sheets can be useful, and some include sorting prompts too. This system keeps the dump, sorting and parking lot together on pages 36 to 43, for the things that are real but not today's problem. If a free sheet already gives you the structure you need, you do not need this PDF.
The day is the part already covered by every free planner, and it is here too, on pages 11 to 34. It is not the reason to buy this. The reason is the pile that builds up around the day: the unopened post on pages 73 and 74, the project that stalled on pages 61 to 67 with its waiting-for list, the week that needs resetting on pages 76 to 83, and the day when very little is possible on pages 85 to 87.
Built to be restarted
Most planners punish a missed week with blank pages, and the blank pages are why people stop. Every page here is written to be picked up mid-year, mid-week or mid-mess, with no streak to break and no set-up to redo.
Try the method before buying
The free planner restart guide includes a three-item worked example you can try on plain paper, without signing up. Use it to decide whether the sorting method suits you before choosing the full system.
Format
98-page A4 PDF. Print the pages you need, or write on the file in a compatible annotation app. Working pages repeat so you can reprint them.
What it is not
It is an organisational planner. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for any condition, and it does not claim to be suitable for one. The note on page 2 says so, and says where to take the questions it cannot answer.
At a glance
A 98-page A4 PDF to print, or to write on in a PDF annotation app; it is not a fillable form. Sections: Today in three (24 pages), brain dump and sorting with a parking lot, time and transitions, focus sprints and a body-double plan, projects with a waiting-for list, home resets, money and admin with a bills landing pad, a weekly reset, and recovery and boundaries. Undated, so it can be picked up after a gap; print only the pages you use. Digital download; nothing is shipped. Licensed to the purchaser for personal and household use; no resale or redistribution. An organisational planner, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for any condition.
