What is genuinely useful to send

Corrections. Especially on the technical articles. If a stated rule of thumb does not hold for your material, machine or postal service, that is worth more than a compliment — several of the claims here are drawn from a narrow range of conditions and the edges are exactly where they will be wrong. Tell me what you did, what you expected, and what happened.

Questions the articles do not answer. These decide what gets written next. A question asked twice usually becomes a piece.

Something that failed. The most useful writing on this site came from failures — the monogram that came off the mat in pieces, the tracker that stopped getting filled in. If something failed in a way an article did not predict, that is a gap.

What will not get a reply

Guest post offers and link insertions. No, and no rate exists. This site does not publish content written by other people and does not sell links inside existing articles.

Requests to add a product to an existing roundup. The articles here link to things that have been used. That is not a position that can be bought into.

Automated outreach. Anything addressed to "Hi Admin" or referring to a different site's content is deleted unread.

For brands and networks
